I found the hotel to be conveniently located in the heart of Muar town, which made exploring easy. The room I stayed in was quite large with a comfortable king-size bed, but I felt a bit cold since the bed linen was on the thinner side. The service was less than ideal; the staff didn't seem particularly helpful or friendly. Overall, there are some great aspects here, but a few improvements could really enhance the experience.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and eateries. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located next to Wetex Parade and close to many food outlets. The rooms are spacious and come with a comfortable king-size bed, but I found the bed linen a bit too thin, making me chilly at times.
